Farm stay and events venue on the outskirts of Boulder, CO, with views from the Flatirons to Longs Peak. Our Antebellum-style farmhouse on five acres is tucked away from the road, surrounded by fields and historic Boulder farmland. It's the perfect setting for an al fresco wedding or birthday, a nonprofit fundraiser or a very cool corporate offsite, or a stunning photo shoot with the mountains as your backdrop. Parties, celebrations, weddings, receptions, barbecues, lunches, dinners, meetings, classes, workshops, retreats, performances, concerts—all are welcome here.

We have a cleaning crew come in between any rentals to ensure the house is clean.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
