About the Space
Welcome to our beautiful backyard! This backyard offers a tremendous amount of space for up to 70 guests to enjoy a night together, celebrate a baby shower, hold an acoustic show, throw a New Years party under the stars, and so much more. We've hosted many events, including: Album Release Party Baby and Wedding Showers Surprise Birthday Parties New Years Eve Party Halloween Party Commercial Video and Photo Shoots And many more! The yard has a great deck and patio along with two tiers of the yard. The upper tier is great for hosting and the main event, and the lower tier is great for a little "getaway" area for guests as well. The plants, trees, and gardens are meticulously manicured, and the blue shingled siding to the house, perfectly maintained fake turf lawn, stone work, and even fairy lights can make your occasion feel magical whether in the day or at night. We even have a fountain, shade umbrellas, and some materials to help you with your party or event. Plus, with an easily accessible bathroom along with an ADU where hosts or key guests can stay over for the night, we have you covered! No matter what you're thinking, we'd love to host you!

We have a professional cleaning service that cleans between bookings for most normal clean up and maintenance. For major events and large parties, the may be additional cleaning required that is the responsibility of the guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
