Cleaning Protocol We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience. The conference room and common areas are cleaned and disinfected daily. High-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, chairs, remote controls, and shared equipment) are sanitized before and after each booking. Hand sanitizer is available in the suite for guest use. Trash is removed after every booking, and fresh liners are placed in bins. The space is regularly deep-cleaned to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
