The custom hand-painted mural, custom wood ceiling design and statement lighting fixtures provide a unique atmosphere that keep conversations energized and engaging. Amenities include a large wall-mounted TV for presentations, a USB conference speaker and flexible table and chair arrangements to suit different group needs. Guests will also find thoughtful design touches such as framed artwork and decorative accents that set the tone for fresh ideas. Located in the vibrant Lincoln Park neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, the office is within walking distance of multiple train and bus lines. Metered street parking directly outside of the office on both sides of Lincoln Ave. and paid lot options are also available for those driving. This office is actively used by a communications and marketing team Tuesday through Thursday, giving the space a professional yet dynamic feel. Rates are variable based on date and time, with discounted pricing available for non-profit meetings and events. Whether you’re planning a formal board meeting, a creative workshop or a client pitch, this distinctive conference room offers the perfect blend of functionality and inspiration.

Our team ensures the space is fully reset between bookings. After each use, we sanitize all surfaces and high-touch areas, remove trash, vacuum the floors, and return furniture to its original setup so the room is ready for the next guest.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
