Nestled in the heart of the South Bay this 3,000-square-foot warehouse turned creative haven, features a whimsical, old-timey fantasy tavern set designed for photo shoots, film productions, and live events. It's the perfect location for a fantasy or medieval themed experience, whether you’re filming a cinematic short, gathering a group for a Dungeons & Dragons live play, or embarking on other tabletop gaming adventures. The tavern’s flexible layout accommodates dynamic camera angles and a wide variety of lighting, making it ideal for everything from intimate photo sessions to full-scale film shoots or themed events. Most of the pieces within the tavern are on wheels and easily removable making the lay out very easy to customize. The studio’s 3,000-square-foot warehouse offers robust production amenities. A spacious loft serves as a dedicated green room with areas for makeup and wardrobe, ensuring talent is prepped and comfortable. The facility includes two modern bathrooms and a kitchenette for crew and guest convenience. A 20 ft x 24 ft green screen, standing 16 ft tall, provides a versatile backdrop for digital effects and composite shots, complementing the tavern’s fantastical vibe. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
