Brick walls, steel beams, concrete floors, and a dramatic triangular layout create a raw, cinematic backdrop. The space includes a wooden stage, brick bar, and a variety of movable set pieces. Equipment & Set Holds We offer structured equipment and set hold options between booking windows. - Productions requiring the space to remain set between booking periods may incur an exclusivity fee, depending on scheduling impact. - Short-term storage in designated areas may be available when it does not interfere with additional rentals. Availability and pricing depend on calendar impact and space usage. Please inquire when requesting multi-day or overnight holds. Accessibility The space is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs only (20 steps from both entrances). There is currently no wheelchair access.
