After every guest, our professional cleaners follow a detailed checklist to ensure the home is refreshed and ready: 🧽 Thorough Sanitization – All high-touch surfaces (remotes, handles, switches, countertops) are disinfected. 🛏 Fresh Linens & Towels – All bedding and towels are professionally laundered and replaced. 🧹 Deep Cleaning – Floors are vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms scrubbed, and kitchens polished. 🗑 Reset & Refresh – Trash is removed, supplies are replenished, and décor is reset so everything looks and feels welcoming. 🌬 Air Quality – We keep windows open during service (when possible) to circulate fresh air. Our goal is to provide a spotless, comfortable, and safe environment so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
