Cleaning & Care Your comfort and safety are our priority. After every booking, our team provides a thorough, professional cleaning of the orchard amenities, guesthouse, and rustic cottage. Guesthouse & Cottage: All surfaces are wiped and disinfected, bathrooms are sanitized, fresh linens and towels are provided, and floors are vacuumed and mopped. Outdoor Areas: High-touch areas such as gate latches, tables, and seating are cleaned. Outdoor spaces are tidied, and debris is cleared to ensure a polished look for every booking. Eco-Friendly Products: We use gentle, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions whenever possible to keep the space safe and toxin-free. Pre-Event Preparation: For productions or events, we do a pre-booking walkthrough to ensure everything is styled and photo-ready. This ensures every guest arrives to a space that feels fresh, private, and ready to use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
