The approximately 1,800-square-foot venue offers a clean, modern backdrop that can be styled for celebrations, professional gatherings, workshops, and creative events without feeling overly formal. Warm wood details, neutral finishes, open floor space, and plenty of natural light make the room easy to personalize for your own theme and vision. The indoor venue comfortably accommodates up to 50 seated guests using our tables and chairs. Depending on the layout and style of your gathering, the space may also work for additional guests with a more open, cocktail-style arrangement. Perfect For Baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, intimate receptions, dinner rehearsals, micro weddings, repasts, and celebrations of life, workshops, classes, networking events, corporate meetings, luncheons, presentations, community gatherings, photo shoots, filming, and other creative or professional uses. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
