Front of House (FOH) — Morning Opening
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and banquettes with food-safe disinfectant.
• Clean outdoor seating & sweep patio/deck area.
• Check and clean projector area & décor lights if dusty.
• Sweep and mop floors (including under tables and banquettes).
• Dust and clean windowsills, ledges, and light fixtures.
• Clean and restock self-serve areas (napkins, straws, condiments).
Coffee & Beverage Station
• Sanitize countertops and barista workstations.
• Wipe espresso machine exterior, steam wand, and drip tray.
• Clean grinder hoppers and wipe down coffee scales.
• Empty knock box, rinse, and sanitize.
• Refill milk pitchers, syrups, and supplies with sanitized hands/gloves.
Kitchen / Prep Area
• Sanitize prep tables and cutting boards before starting food prep.
• Wash and sanitize all utensils, pans, and blender jars.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor; check for spills immediately.
• Check refrigeration units — wipe handles and seal gaskets.
• Clean microwave interior and toaster surfaces if used.
Bathrooms (2 total)
• Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, and faucet handles.
• Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Mop floor with disinfectant cleaner
