We take pride in keeping the space fresh, welcoming, and ready for every guest. Rentals include a light cleaning service before and after your booking, ensuring the office is spotless when you arrive. Guests are asked to: Return furniture and décor to their original placement. Remove personal items, trash, and catering/food waste. Wipe down surfaces after use if spills occur. Deep cleaning (such as carpet shampooing or specialty services after events or photo shoots) may incur an additional fee if required. Our goal is to maintain a clean, inspiring environment for everyone — so you can simply arrive, create, and enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
