Large windows, layered lounge seating, and an open flexible layout allow the space to transition naturally from daytime strategy sessions into evening social gatherings. Located near T-Mobile Park and Seattle’s stadium district, the loft works especially well for creative networking events, founder gatherings, pre-event mixers, intimate hospitality experiences, team off-sites, and collaborative sessions before concerts, games, conferences, and downtown events. Kitchen amenities include: • Gas range • Double-wide refrigerator • Open prep and serving area • Flexible dining and hosting layout Guests planning catering, beverages, florals, or additional cold storage should coordinate needs in advance to ensure proper space planning for the session. Furniture may absolutely be repositioned to support your gathering, however we kindly ask that pieces are lifted rather than dragged to help preserve both the furniture and original hardwood flooring. Please return the studio to its original layout at the conclusion of your booking out of consideration for guests scheduled afterward. Significant resets, excessive disorganization, or layouts left impacting subsequent bookings may result in additional reset or cleaning fees. The space is best suited for elevated gatherings, intentional social experiences, creative-focused events, and teams looking for an environment with both atmosphere and flexibility. For Guests • Please return the studio to the condition it was in at the start of your booking. • Remove all personal items, equipment, and production materials before departure. • Place all trash and recycling in the designated bins. • Wipe up spills or food debris from counters, tables, and floors. • Reset furniture and props to their original configuration unless otherwise arranged. • Any additional storage or multi-day use must be requested in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
