We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and safe experience. The studio is thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, chairs, and equipment. Floors are swept and mopped, and restrooms and kitchen areas are sanitized regularly. For productions or events with equipment rentals, all gear is wiped down and disinfected prior to use. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available onsite for guests throughout their booking. Our team follows current health and safety recommendations so that whether you’re filming, recording, or hosting a workshop, the space feels fresh, professional, and ready to use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
