The downstairs level features an open layout with a full kitchen, elegant dining area, and a comfortable living room perfect for both work and celebration. Large windows and high ceilings fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Step outside to the private patio with built-in seating and a cozy fire pit — a perfect spot for cocktail hours, team breaks, or intimate evening gatherings. This versatile venue is ideal for private dinners, birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, team off-sites, or creative workshops. The modern kitchen is well equipped for catering or meal prep, while the dining and living spaces provide ample seating and a flexible setup. Guests will enjoy the warm, coastal design and the ability to customize the layout for their needs. Available for daytime and evening events between 9 am–9 pm.

Health and Safety Measures

Our space is professionally cleaned between bookings. High-touch surfaces, kitchen areas, and restrooms are disinfected, and floors are vacuumed and mopped. We provide spray and paper towels for guest use during events. Outdoor areas, including the patio and seating areas, are also tidied and sanitized. Guests are asked to remove all personal belongings and place trash in provided bins at the end of their booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
