HNH is a private one-acre outdoor wellness retreat in Atlanta designed for intentional rest, small gatherings, and curated reset experiences. The space centers around our outdoor sauna and peaceful, secluded grounds — offering a quiet environment for decompression and connection. This is not a public venue. Each booking includes exclusive access to the outdoor property for a private, uninterrupted experience. 90-Minute Private Sauna + Outdoor Reset Experience Designed for individuals or small groups (up to 3 guests), this 90-minute session includes: • Private outdoor sauna • Open lawn and shaded seating areas • Gazebo and firepit areas for relaxation • Geodesic dome for meditation or reflection • Exclusive timed entry This experience is ideal for solo reset sessions, couples, close friends, meditation, or intentional conversation. Indoor lounge and restroom access are not included with the standard reset session. Guests should plan accordingly prior to arrival. Expanded Access (Optional Upgrade) The Tiny House Suite may be added for bookings that require indoor access. This upgrade includes: • Private bathroom • Lounge/meeting space • Kitchenette • Climate control Ideal for longer immersions, prep needs, or extended gatherings.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance We take pride in keeping the property fresh and inviting for every guest. The grounds are maintained with weekly landscaping so outdoor areas look their best year-round. All amenities — including the sauna, gazebo, dome, fire pit, and seating areas — receive regular cleanings to ensure they’re ready for use. Between bookings, high-touch surfaces and the bathroom are sanitized, and outdoor spaces are refreshed so you can arrive to a clean, well-cared-for environment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
