Cleaning Process We take great pride in keeping Bouquets On’a Friday Night fresh, clean, and ready for every booking. Our cleaning process includes: • Thorough Sanitation: High-touch surfaces (doors, counters, tables, and seating) are disinfected before and after each event. • Floors & Fixtures: All floors are swept, mopped, and polished regularly to maintain a fresh appearance. Shelving and décor items are wiped down for dust and debris. • Floral & Plant Care: Fresh florals and greenery are maintained daily, keeping the space vibrant, welcoming, and free of wilted arrangements. • Trash & Waste: All trash from previous events is removed, bins are emptied and lined, and mall-designated disposal areas are used. • Air Quality: We refresh the space prior to bookings with proper ventilation, ensuring a clean and comfortable atmosphere for guests. Guests are kindly asked to leave the space in the same condition they found it and to follow our trash removal and cleanup guidelines. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damages.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
