There are a variety of diverse areas for your shoot from a large greenspace, outdoor patio, firepit, and pool cabana. It’s beautiful during the day and even more special at night under the stars with lights under the canopy of trees. * A full patio & bathroom is available with the booking * Property is easily accessed near i95/turnpike and convenient to all areas of Miami. Wynwood (3.5 miles away), Design district (2.5 miles), midtown (3 miles), beaches (5.5 miles), Aventura (3 miles), Brickell (5 miles). *Session does not begin until exact booking time; If extra time is needed for set-up or break-down, please book accordingly. *HOURLY RATES (4 hour minimum): $195/hour - 1-5 people $295/hour - 6-15 people $395/hour - 16-25 people $495/hour - 26-35 people $595/hour - 36-45 people $695/hour - 46-55 people $795/hour - 56-65 people $895/hour - 66-100 people * 72 hour notice required or extra fee will incur*

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
