**Cleaning Process:** Our space receives a thorough professional cleaning between each booking to ensure you arrive to a spotless, guest-ready environment. This includes: - Deep cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces, kitchen, and bathroom - Fresh linens and towels provided - Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout - Windows and glass surfaces cleaned - River balcony furniture wiped down and arranged - Air hockey table sanitized - Kitchen appliances cleaned inside and out - Custom mountain wall and beverage bar dusted and detailed We take pride in maintaining the highest cleanliness standards so you can focus on your creative work, event, or meeting in a fresh, welcoming space. **Your Part:** Please leave the space in the same condition you found it in at checkout (basic tidying, dishes in dishwasher, trash removed). Standard cleaning is included in your booking rate. Excessive mess beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning fees.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
