About DC Farms
Welcome to DC Farms. Our space offers a secluded 4 bed, 3.5 bath farmhouse surrounded by 20 acres of mature growth forest. DC Farms cannot be seen from roads or neighboring properties providing privacy and endless options for photo or video production. Our private, gravel driveway through the forest opens up to the home immediately surrounded by an acre of lush, grass lawn. The open floor plan and 10 foot ceilings offer infinite possibilities for setting up any equipment you would like to use. Some different environments you will find are covered, concrete porches, a flagstone fire pit, a large running creek, and endless natural woods. You are sure to find the perfect fit for your next project.

High touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected. We provide disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels for each booking. There is ample airflow available on our large front and back porches.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
