Horse property with large riding paddock
About the Space
Horse property in west Lancaster, near the 14th freeway. Consists of a large riding 'arena', with a turn-out paddock, barn with a breezeway and several covered but open stalls. Tack room and sheds, old chicken coop and old dog kennel on the other end of the property. There are currently two horses on the property, an old tractor and a horse trailer. The main house is not included, but the backyard has nice grass and a pool. Requires an additional agreement to include. There is also a rustic pool-house/adu type dwelling next to the main house.

The space rented is an outdoor area. The barn and stalls are cleaned daily. The property and horses are well maintained, and it is what you expect a well-kept horse property to look like. We are open 24 hrs. We were not able to set the hours differently on the website. We will consider an earlier start time than 6 AM. Please inquire.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
