With 24-hour access, you set the schedule, eliminating the need to rush the wrap. Our facility is equipped with high-capacity electricity to power any production, and features two oversized drive-in bay doors for seamless loading of sets, vehicles, equipment, or event decor. Perfect for film, photography, recording, and serving as a customizable event space. On-site restrooms and a completely open layout make it an ideal, flexible base for any creative or commercial project.

We maintain a meticulously clean and professional studio with a rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocol implemented after every booking. This includes thorough disinfection of all high-touch surfaces (door handles, switches, countertops) using an EPA-approved solution.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
