This open-concept venue features high ceilings, beautiful lighting, and a clean layout that can be transformed for any occasion — from birthdays and baby showers to pop-up shops, photoshoots, meetings, and intimate celebrations. The space comfortably accommodates up to 75–80 guests with seating and tables available for your use. It includes a bar area, DJ booth, and plenty of room for dining, dancing, or creative setups. The open layout allows easy customization — whether you prefer elegant décor, a lively party vibe, or a professional workshop setting. Guests will also enjoy plenty of free street parking, easy loading and unloading access, and security cameras throughout the property for peace of mind. The venue’s atmosphere is stylish yet flexible, making it perfect for anyone looking to host an unforgettable event in a comfortable, modern setting.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our team takes pride in keeping the space spotless and ready for every guest. Before each booking, the entire venue is cleaned and sanitized, including all tables, chairs, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Floors are swept and mopped, and the bar and prep areas are thoroughly wiped down. After each event, we inspect the space to make sure everything is reset and ready for the next guest. We provide trash bins and liners for your use during your booking, and guests are asked to remove all decorations, food, and personal items at the end of their event. We maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness and hygiene so every guest can enjoy a fresh, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
