HISTORY Situated in the relaxed neighborhood in the Piedmont Hills this Old Buck remains loyal to the dive bar soul; welcoming our neighborhood locals, sports fans, parents, veterans and happy hour goers from way back when. Recently renovated with a Redwood Bar-Top and Refreshing Cocktail Menu. _____________________ THE SPACE This space includes private use of our indoor Bar and Dining Area. This space accommodates up to 40 guest for a variety of events. We have been the go to Specialty San Jose Venue for many Bay Area Locals as well as neighboring Companies. This space is Customizable to Your Specific Needs and is best suited for: - Club Events - Holiday & Birthday Parties - Corporate Networking Events - Appetizer Receptions - Cocktail & Happy Hour Events - Audio & Visual Presentations - Themed Events for Trivia, Dancing, and Karaoke. _____________________ PRICING Availability: Monday - Sunday 8:00AM-2:00AM Minimum booking: 2-Hours Hourly Booking Rate: *Weekday $150/hr *Weekend Rate $160 /hr _____________________ FLOOR PLAN Please view pictures for suggested floor plan layouts. The main floor of the space has a fixed bar and four high top tables and one all gender restroom. We can also accommodate areas for a photo booth, projector, and party speakers. _____________________ THIRD PARTY ACCOMMODATIONS We will do our best to accommodate any of your third party vendors requests such as DJs, Photographers, or Caterers, or Food Trucks. _____________________ FOOD & DRINK We offer a Bull Bar with every rental. All Drinks Must be Purchased from our Staffed Bar. Drink options include: - Hosted Bar Tab for your guests with a set limit - Pre-Purchased Drink Tickets - Guests Opening Individual Bar Tabs Pre-ordered Appetizers are are served buffet style on a banquet table with white linen. Please visit https://www.flowcode.com/page/71saintpeter for sample drink and appetizer lists. Bring Your Own Food is also an option with a third party Caterer the event or self service. When choosing this option you must provide all of your own utensils and service ware. Please reach out for flat rate pricing if you require staff to bus tables for food or other accommodations like chafing dishes. _____________________ MUSIC We allow guest a variety of music options below and can accommodate a DJ or a one to two man band. - Dance Speakers are Available for rent and connect via blue tooth to your playlist. - Private entertainers including DJs may be booked by the guest - Guest may bring their own speakers at no cost. - Guest may request a music genre to play for background music at no cost. _____________________ CONVENIENCE TO THE GUEST Our restaurant is conveniently located in neighborhood plaza with a parking lot and street parking. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
