Studio A offers over 2,000 sq ft of open space with first-floor access, making it easy to load in gear and build your set. Conveniently located off Route 5, near Route 15 and I-91, it’s just 25 minutes from New Haven and 35 minutes from Hartford. Our Studio B offers a dedicated space that can be used as an edit suite, podcast studio, green room, or production office, giving crews extra privacy and workflow options. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after each rental, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces, floors, restrooms, and shared equipment areas. We aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and production-ready environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
