🧼 Cleaning Process We want every guest to walk into a space that feels fresh, welcoming, and ready to use. After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset so it’s photo-, film-, and event-ready. Here’s how we keep it sparkling: • Surfaces & Touch Points → All counters, tables, handles, and switches are wiped down and disinfected. • Floors → Vacuumed and mopped so the space feels polished and comfortable. • Bathrooms → Fully cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with fresh essentials. • Kitchen → Wiped down and reset — spotless for shoots and events. • Windows & Light → We make sure the glass is streak-free so you get the most of the natural light and views. • Props & Furniture → Reset to their original places so you can walk in and get started right away. We take pride in keeping the space looking just as good as the photos — clean, bright, and ready for your vision.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
