We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously at LOFT by Hot Potato. The venue is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every booking, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen and bar areas, bathrooms, and furniture. Between events, our team performs a deep cleaning using commercial-grade disinfectants approved for food-service environments. Floors are mopped and vacuumed, linens refreshed, and all glassware, dishes, and utensils are sanitized using high-temperature washing equipment. We also provide ample trash and recycling bins, and our staff can assist with post-event cleanup upon request for a seamless experience. The result is a spotless, ready-to-use industrial loft that always feels fresh, safe, and welcoming for your guests or production crew.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
