At Factory22, we take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. Our goal is to ensure every event takes place in a fresh, sanitized, and well-maintained environment. 1. Pre-Event Preparation The venue is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each booking. This includes vacuuming, mopping, wiping all surfaces, and checking that all areas meet our hygiene standards. Trash bins will be freshly lined, and any pre-approved furniture or equipment will be arranged to your specifications. 2. During the Event Hosts and their vendors/caterers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Please collect trash in the designated bins and address spills or messes promptly. Any accidents or damages should be reported to venue staff (if present) right away. 3. Host Responsibilities (Post-Event) Remove all decorations, personal items, and event materials by the end of your rental time. Place all trash and recyclables in the designated bins. Large items such as boxes, bottles, or catering materials must be properly disposed of in the venue’s waste containers or as directed by staff. 4. Venue Responsibilities (Post-Event) Our cleaning team will handle full post-event sanitation, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface disinfecting. Restrooms will be re-cleaned and restocked. Furniture and equipment will be sanitized, inspected for damage, and restored to their original positions. 5. Final Inspection A final walkthrough is conducted after each event to ensure the space is fully restored and ready for the next guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
