About the Space

Square spacious(23x23') high selling(10') garage turned into neon studio for photo & video projects. Installed multiple seampless paper backdrops system with automatic roll in/out. 4 colors are included. Change to additional color and fresh cut - for a fee. Lot's of natural lighting throughout a day. Direct sunlight to backdrop/model 8-10am from the right and 4-7pm from the left(photographer view). Full blackout curtains to make daytime studio into nighttime neon fantazy. Studio Equipment available and included into the rent: Lights: Godox ML60 Video Light Godox ML100R Video Light Godox AD300 Pro Strobe Godox Speedlites / Flashlights (3) RGB LED Tube Lights (6) Softboxes & Modifiers: 60” Parabolic Softbox 35” Parabolic Softbox 14x64” Strip Softbox 14x60” Strip Softbox 32x48” Rectangular Softbox 35” Lantern Softbox Effects(for a small additional fee): Mini Smoke / Fog Machine Lens projection system with gobos Laser system Mid century green velvet chairs, table and 2 wooden dressers for interior shots. All tables/dressers are on casters wheels so moving them around is super simple. What will fit - 2-4 photo/video production team. Bike/car/truck - please contact the host for arrangement - no extra cost.

Health and Safety Measures

Place is keept cleaned up every day. But could be not fully cleaned during the day due to potential consecutive bookings. Please keep it as close to the entered state to be respectfull with the next customers.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
