Welcome to OASIS — a serene, light-filled studio designed as the ultimate blank canvas for your creative projects. With lime wash walls, versatile concrete floors and draped curtains that soften the space, Oasis offers a calming yet elevated setting. The room features: - Four backlit floating mirrors - Plant - Pink chair - 1 Mat, 4 Dumbbells, 1 Fitness Ball, 2 Pilates Blocks Making it especially ideal for beauty, wellness classes, content creation and more. Space can comfortable hold up to 23 yoga mats. ---------- Please note that each room is booked for a minimum of one hour. Enjoy the convenience of direct access from our second floor. Our inviting common area is perfect for events, gatherings, activations and product launches, while our spacious outdoor terrace offers additional creative or event space. Mint Room Studios is designed to be a welcoming and dynamic space for the Miami artistic community.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
