Health and Safety Measures
Your safety and comfort are our priority. The ACT Training & Event Studio follows strict cleaning protocols between every booking:
• All high-touch surfaces — including tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, and equipment — are thoroughly disinfected between groups.
• The lounge and green room (including the refrigerator, coffee maker, and seating areas) are wiped down and sanitized after each use.
• Floors are cleaned and disinfected daily, and trash is removed promptly following every event.
• Disposable supplies are replaced, and linens or towels (if used for training or demos) are laundered between sessions.
Our goal is to provide a professional, hygienic environment that meets both clinical and event standards — so every guest can focus on learning, collaborating, and creating with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
