1. Tidy & Clear Remove all trash and replace liners. Clear all personal items left by the previous guest. 2. Clean & Disinfect Bathroom: Clean and disinfect the toilet, shower/tub, and sink/vanity and hang fresh towels. Kitchen: Wipe down all counters, appliances, and tables. Surfaces: Wipe down all high-touch surfaces in the whole space (e.g., doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and cabinet pulls). 3. Floors & Finish Sweep/mop hard floors. Stock up on essentials: Toilet paper, paper towels, soap. 4. Final Check Ensure the lighting is good and all bulbs are working.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
