Bright, modern studio located in the Rockville Arts Building designed for photographers, videographers, and content creators. The open layout, natural light, and pro gear make it ideal for portraits, headshots, branding sessions, and small productions. This intimate space comfortably fits up to six subjects with the right posing. Fully equipped with posing tools, backgrounds, and lighting gear, it’s ready for any creative project.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All props, posing tools, and surfaces are wiped down and disinfected after each rental. Floors and backgrounds are cleaned between sessions. Hand sanitizer and wipes are provided. The studio is maintained to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and professional creative environment.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
