The Clubhouse is conveniently located by our 15 Ranch Houses (4bed, 4bath short term rental houses) and it is the perfect flex space to host rehearsal dinners, brunches, meetings, corporate retreats, birthday gatherings, etc. It is available as a daily use venue rental. Things to know: -The pool next to the clubhouse is not part of the venue and remains open to other guests. -Access to venue 11am to 10pm. -Inside seating up to 50 people, plus patio seating up to 30 people. -Patio space includes BBQ, market lighting, bar. -Vendors allowed upon approval. -Free Parking. -No weddings. -6 farm tables and 50 chairs inside -One bathroom -2 fridges available

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
