Health and Safety Measures
At the end of each day, our cleaner thoroughly sanitizes the entire studio, ensuring every surface is disinfected and spotless. The floors are swept and mopped daily to maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Additionally, we repaint the floors once a month to keep them bright, white, and fresh for future clients. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, wipes, and disinfectants are also available for guests to use in case of spills or accidents.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
