Originally created as a luxury maternity and event studio offering prenatal ultrasounds for friends and families, this space is now available for photoshoots, small gatherings, pop-up events, workshops, and exclusive private celebrations. Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping our studio fresh and welcoming for every guest. The space is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking, including high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. All furniture and décor are wiped down with non-toxic cleaners, floors are vacuumed and mopped, and hand sanitizer is available on-site. Guests are asked to remove all trash and restore furniture to its original placement before departure to help maintain a pristine environment for the next event.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
