Your comfort and safety are a top priority. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking to ensure a fresh and professional environment for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, and light switches. Wiping down all props, equipment, and furniture after each session. Vacuuming and mopping floors daily to maintain a clean workspace. Providing sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for guest use during sessions. Ensuring all trash is removed and the space is refreshed between bookings. We ask that all guests leave the studio as they found it and dispose of any trash before departure. Together, we keep the space clean, comfortable, and ready for the next creative project.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
