This is a large, open home with high ceilings and big windows that let in tons of natural light throughout the day. The space has a clean, minimal look that works well as a backdrop without being distracting. It’s especially well-suited for photo shoots and filming — there’s plenty of room to move around, set up equipment, and get a variety of angles. The natural light changes beautifully throughout the day, and the tall ceilings give everything a more open, airy feel on camera. Outside, there’s a pool and spacious yard all waterfront.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
