With over 7,000 sq ft of open floor space and a capacity of up to 500 guests, this modern, fully equipped property is perfect for events, productions, parties, open mics, and creative gatherings of all kinds. The space features exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings with rustic beams, and customizable lighting to create the perfect atmosphere — from elegant receptions to vibrant nightlife events. Guests can enjoy a large lounge area with eight stylish couches, a ping pong table, and plenty of tables and seating throughout for dining, mingling, or workshops. A sleek marble bar/kitchen area makes it easy to serve food and drinks, while the open floor plan allows for flexible setups — including dance floors, stages, or vendor tables. The venue also includes a sound system, ambient lighting options, projector capability, and security cameras in the main event lounge for safety and peace of mind. The venue is inspected prior to each event to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
