About Kin On Community Center
Reservation includes rental of full community room and a kitchen. Right across from Crossroads Bellevue, Eastside Community Center includes the community room – an open space along with a kitchen sink/microwave. The Community Room accommodates up to 40 guests. Rentals include use of audiovisual equipment, tables and chairs. There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the building. The community center typically runs senior wellness programs during 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Health and Safety Measures
The renter is responsible for set-up, take down and clean up for their event. All furnishings must be returned to their original location. Kin On will provide garbage bins for your use. Please leave the space in its original condition, including washing the dishes (or loading/turning on the dishwasher) and leaving the space tidy. The cleaning fee covers additional cleaning services and routine maintenance outside of the renter’s responsibilities.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
