About the Space
Our charming home in the Leucadia neighborhood of Encinitas was built in 1930. The property is peaceful and private with a Coastal Mexican Farmhouse style. Enter our front courtyard through the rustic wood gate and you'll feel transported to a lush resort. The space is a fully-enclosed courtyard patio with outdoor dining and lounge areas. Mature tropical landscaping with serene fountain, Talavera-tiled custom fireplace and island with built-in grill, sink, mini-fridge, spa & outdoor television. Adobe brick studio casita with full bath and custom wood windows & double entry doors. In the main house, you’ll have access to the screened porch sunroom with hanging chair, Mexican blue & white tiled kitchen with laundry room and back patio leading to the chicken run. Feel free to spread out to our Saltillo tiled living room & den leading to the bamboo-lined zen backyard.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
