A private path winds through the land to several semi-secluded river access points, shared only with neighboring homes. Quiet and removed from city noise and air traffic, the property is ideal for film productions seeking both character and privacy. As restoration continues, the grounds will gradually open to a wider range of uses—intimate weddings, creative retreats, and small-scale events. For production convenience, the space operates separately as a fully equipped Airbnb, allowing crew or talent to stay on-site. Set decorators are welcome to make adjustments with prior approval. An on-site locations manager will be available during the booking and production support can be added. Please note, the nearest "major" town is Lockhart for groceries, hotels, and other needs. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
