The space includes eight on-site parking spots (four in front, four in back) plus ample street parking. Additional parking can be arranged upon request for larger shoots or events. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in keeping the studio clean, safe, and ready for every guest. After each booking, all surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas are thoroughly disinfected. The studio floor, lounge, and prep areas are swept, mopped, and reset to maintain a professional appearance for the next production. All equipment, furniture, and props are inspected and wiped down before and after use. Trash bins are emptied after every rental, and sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer are available throughout the space for guest use. For larger productions or events, additional cleaning and reset time can be scheduled as part of your booking to ensure the space remains organized and camera-ready. We ask all guests to remove personal items and dispose of trash before leaving so that the studio can be quickly prepared for the next booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
