About the Space
This 2,200 sq. ft. luxury home sits on two acres just 13 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, offering a rare combination of upscale residential design and serious entertainment infrastructure — ideal for productions, brand shoots, team offsites, and private events.
The interiors are modern and light-filled, with white granite countertops, clean architectural lines, and versatile spaces that photograph beautifully across a wide range of creative uses. Five bedrooms, an open-concept living area, and a fully equipped kitchen give productions and events the flexibility to spread out and make the space their own.
The dedicated game room sets this property apart — loaded with a PlayStation 5, retro Super Nintendo, stand-up arcade machine, ping-pong table, and a convertible pool and air hockey table. A video projector with retractable screen, premium Bluetooth audio throughout, Peloton bike, and Smart TVs in every room round out an amenity package rarely found in a single venue.
Outside, two acres of private land create an editorial-ready environment at every hour of the day. The fire pit lounge, pergola seating area, outdoor movie projector, cotton hammock, and egg chair lounge offer multiple distinct settings — from intimate golden-hour portraits to relaxed evening gatherings — without ever leaving the property.
Parking for up to 20 vehicles is available on-site, with convenient access via a private driveway.

Health and Safety Measures
The property is thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners between every booking. All linens, towels, and bedding are freshly laundered before each arrival.
Between bookings, high-touch surfaces are disinfected throughout — door handles, light switches, countertops, remotes, game room controllers, and bathroom fixtures. Kitchen surfaces and cookware are cleaned and restocked, floors are vacuumed and mopped, and all bathrooms are fully sanitised.
The home has operable windows throughout for natural ventilation, and two acres of outdoor space if you'd prefer to spread out.
During your booking, we ask only that you leave the space roughly as you found it: wash dishes or load the dishwasher, place used towels in the laundry basket, and take trash to the bins near the mailbox at the entrance of the property.
Please report any spill, damage, or maintenance issue as soon as you notice it so we can address it quickly — and so it doesn't become your problem at the end of the booking.
