Our team performs a thorough cleaning before and after every event to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your celebration. Before Your Event: The venue is fully cleaned and sanitized, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and high-touch areas. Tables, chairs, and equipment are set up as requested. Trash bins are emptied and lined for guest use. After Your Event: Our staff conducts a full cleaning of the venue, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces. Restrooms are refreshed and restocked. All trash and debris are removed from the space. We kindly ask guests to remove any personal belongings, decorations, and outside items brought into the venue by the end of their booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
