Guests can take advantage of a flexible floor plan that accommodates seated dinners, cocktail-style setups, ceremony layouts, or open floor gatherings. There is a dedicated private suite for getting ready or taking a quiet break during the event. A catering prep area is available for vendor use, and the space includes tables, chairs, and on-site restrooms for convenience. The venue features both indoor and outdoor security cameras in common areas for safety and peace of mind (no cameras in the private suite or restrooms). The location is easily accessible from both Dallas and Fort Worth, with ample on-site parking available. This space is a clean, modern backdrop ready to be customized to your style and event vision.

leaning Process We maintain a clean and welcoming environment for every guest. The venue is professionally cleaned before each booking, including sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing restrooms, and wiping down all common surfaces. Trash and recycling bins are emptied, and any tables and chairs are sanitized and arranged neatly. Guests are expected to leave the space in a similar condition and remove any personal items or decorations. Additional cleaning services can be requested for larger events or if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
