About Room & Board Game House
This three bedroom, two bath house is perfect for game nights, RPG sessions, photoshoots, location filming, table reads, and so much more! There is a game room with hundreds of board games, a dining room with tons of puzzles, a family room with an HD TV, Blu-ray player, and modular couch seating. There's also a large grass backyard with a cement patio perfect for setting up your rental tables, chairs, outdoor bar, or pop-up taco stand for your get-together.

Health and Safety Measures
The house is thoroughly cleaned between bookings for your health and safety. We provide basic bathroom towels and toilet paper, as well as kitchen towels and paper towels. There is a washer and dryer available in the house if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
