We take pride in keeping the Brandery Content Studio spotless and ready for every guest. The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking, including all high-touch surfaces, equipment, and props. Floors are swept and mopped, furniture is wiped down, and the restroom and prep area are disinfected regularly. We provide clean backdrops, sanitized seating, and hand sanitizer to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for every creator.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
