After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Our process includes: Wiping down all high-touch surfaces, mirrors, and furniture with disinfectant Sanitizing beauty stations, tools, and countertops Sweeping and mopping all floors Emptying trash and replacing liners Freshening up the restroom and restocking paper products Resetting the space so it’s photo-ready for your next event We use professional-grade cleaning products and allow time between bookings for proper ventilation and sanitation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
