What activities work well in your space? Our 1,600 sq. ft. venue is ideal for team meetings, client presentations, workshops, trainings, strategy sessions, and networking events. With flexible setups and access to both large and small conference rooms, it's a professional, distraction-free space built for productivity and collaboration. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The main space can be configured to fit your needs—U-shaped, classroom style, boardroom, or long dinner table. We also offer separate large and small conference rooms, perfect for breakouts, private meetings, or focused work. Each area is designed to support both group interaction and individual concentration. What unique features or amenities does your space have? Amenities include large whiteboards, HDMI monitors, easels, and a podium for presentations. Plus, with on-site restaurants, it’s easy to keep your team energized without disrupting your flow. Everything is set up to help you stay focused, organized, and on track.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Professional cleaning services are utilized after each booking. This includes disinfecting all high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, and countertops, as well as cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas. All trash and event materials are removed, floors are vacuumed and mopped, and the venue is refreshed to be event-ready for the next guest. In the event of a public health concern or pandemic (such as COVID-19), we follow all recommended safety protocols, including enhanced sanitation measures, social distancing, and adherence to current local guidelines to prioritize the health and comfort of our guests.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
