Our team follows a thorough cleaning process before and after each rental to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene. 🧽 Surface Sanitization: All high-touch areas, including tables, counters, playground equipment, and bathroom surfaces, are disinfected with commercial-grade cleaning products. 🌿 Outdoor Maintenance: Grass areas are mowed and checked regularly for debris or hazards. The basketball court and playground are swept and inspected for safety before each use. 🚻 Restroom Cleaning: The full bathroom is cleaned, disinfected, and restocked with essential supplies after every event. 🗑️ Waste Management: Trash and recycling bins are emptied, sanitized, and relined to maintain a fresh and tidy space. 💧 Final Inspection: A final walkthrough is conducted to ensure the area meets our cleanliness and safety standards before the next guest’s arrival. Our goal is to provide every renter with a spotless, well-cared-for outdoor space they can enjoy with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
